HawkQuest is a Colorado nonprofit, tax-exempt 501(c)3 charitable organization, and relies heavily on donations from the public to support the ongoing costs of sustaining the HawkQuest Educational Mission. For example, it costs upwards of $2 per day just to feed each hawk, owl and falcon, and upwards of $3 per day just to feed each eagle.
Your tax-deductible donation goes directly to HawkQuest to support our birds by providing care and feeding, maintenance of their housing, and it helps subsidize our educational lectures. And because our non-profit organization is volunteer-driven with only a few paid staff members, all of your donation is used for the HawkQuest mission.
